Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.
On the Free and Standard plans, your QR codes will stop working once you reach your monthly scan limit. They reset automatically on the first of each month, or you can upgrade your plan immediately.
Cancellation: You may cancel your FlexiQR subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid plan benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
Refunds: All payments made to FlexiQR (operated by Nextapp Pty Ltd) are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Since you can cancel at any time without penalty and continue using your plan until the cycle ends, no pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months.
Free Plan: The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No cancellation is necessary for Free plan users.
Disputes: If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@nextapp.co.za within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
